A new benefits benchmarking tool is now available online from MetLife. It lets users compare data across 80 dimensions of both employer and employee demographics. The tool allows employers to evaluate their potential benefits packages as they relate to the employer’s geography, industry or size, as well as their employees’ age, household income level or life stage, according to MetLife.
The tool is available here.
Also available is the company’s seventh annual study of employee benefit trends.
