Ganci brings eight years’ experience to American City, having served as an employment lawyer for New York-based Sabin, Bermant & Gould.

Mercer named Denise LaForte as North American HR transformation practice leader. LaForte will be responsible for leading the growth of the firm’s HR transformation practice through HR service delivery and change management. Before joining Mercer, LaForte served as the U.S. Central Division talent consulting practice leader at Towers Watson & Co.

 

 


Margarita Irizarry Margarita Irizarry People Moves

Construction firm Skanska USA named Margarita Irizarry as national director of equal employment opportunities and affirmative action, leading Skanska’s EEO/affirmative action team. Irizarry brings more than 20 years of HR experience to Skanska. She most recently served as senior manager, global EO compliance with Johnson & Johnson.
