Ellyn Shook
Accenture appointed Ellyn Shook as chief human resources officer. Shook was senior managing director of human resources and head of Accenture’s Human Resources Centers of Expertise, leading the company’s HR strategies and programs globally. She is responsible for the company’s talent strategy. In her new position, Shook will join the company’s global management committee. She succeeds Jill Smart, who is retiring Aug. 31.
Bridgette Cofield
Chester Group Inc. named Bridgette Cofield senior vice president and chief talent officer. Cofield will be responsible for organization development, talent and learning strategies and help shape the company’s culture. Cofield formerly served as CEO and principal consultant at Cofield and Associates.
Russell Poole
Intralinks Holdings Inc. appointed Russell Poole as executive vice president of human resources. Poole has more than 30 years’ experience in organizational development, talent management, employee benefits and strategic partnering. Most recently, Poole was an independent consultant.
