SHRM CEO Johnny C. Taylor says in this video that he and HR Certification Institute CEO Amy Schabacker Dufrane will meet sometime during the annual SHRM conference June 17-20. It’s a bold departure from the icy relationship the two organizations have had since SHRM made its stunning and controversial announcement of its own HR certification program in 2015 and booted HRCI from its building.
