Behind the Fun: How Workforce.com Powers Altitude Trampoline Park

Altitude Trampoline Park delivers high-energy fun through a range of attractions, from basketball dunk lanes to freestyle runs. But behind the scenes, running a fast-paced park with a young, hourly workforce requires just as much coordination. To support its team, Altitude needed one system to manage everything from onboarding to payroll.

  • OVERVIEW

Altitude Trampoline Park in Richardson, Texas, is a well-loved destination for families in the local community. Parents appreciate the park’s layout, which makes it easy to keep an eye on their kids, as well as the reliable frontline staff who help ensure guests stay safe while having fun.

At the center of day-to-day operations is Bria Stuckey, General Manager of Altitude Trampoline Park in Richardson. For Bria, the people, both guests and staff, are what make the job especially rewarding.

“I love the kids. The kids are my favorite thing about this job,” Bria shares.

Bria finds fulfillment in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the doors, from hosting birthday parties and preparing for busy days at the park to coaching her team. “I love the guest interactions. I love getting everything ready for the guests. I love making kids feel good about themselves,” Bria adds. “Even if it’s as simple as a kid waving at me, saying good morning, or telling me they like my hair — it’s the little things that make me happy and are my favorite parts of working here.”

While Altitude Trampoline Park is known for fun and celebrations, delivering a great guest experience depends on the systems behind the scenes that support safe, well-coordinated frontline teams.

    CHALLENGE

Running a trampoline park or any Family Entertainment Center (FEC) involves far more than what guests can see on the floor. Behind the attraction is a complex operation that must run smoothly every day.

For Altitude Trampoline Park, this meant supporting a predominantly young, hourly workforce while managing schedules, timesheets, payroll, and compliance with minor labor laws.

“I handle scheduling, hiring, and letting people go. I make sure everyone’s timesheets are correct and manage the day-to-day operations, from the games and restocking to talking with parents. I do it all,” Bria shares.

Without the right systems in place, Bria could easily find herself pulled away from the floor, spending hours on administrative tasks such as scheduling, handling call-outs, tracking certifications, and preparing payroll. That level of burden made it harder to focus on what matters most—supporting her team and creating incredible guest experiences.

    SOLUTION

Bria and her team at Altitude Trampoline Park chose Workforce.com's all-in-one platform to ensure that all their bases are covered for onboarding, payroll, time tracking, and compliance with minor labor laws.

“What I like most about Workforce.com being all-in-one is that I can do everything right there. With other apps, we had to schedule in one system and then go into another application to fix timesheets. It was just a whole thing,” Bria shares.

    RESULTS

Since implementing Workforce.com, Altitude Park has seen tremendous results and has since saved a significant amount of time.

Reduced compliance risk when scheduling a predominantly minor workforce

With most of her team between the ages of 15 and 17, Bria needed to ensure schedules always aligned with minor labor laws. Workforce.com automates compliance and enforces applicable wage and hour rules during scheduling. It sends alerts when minor employees are scheduled beyond their work hour thresholds, preventing the schedule from being published at all and nipping a compliance risk in the bud.

“One of the more difficult parts of having a young staff is that they’re limited to how many hours they can work. Workforce.com helps me stay compliant with minor labor laws whenever they can’t work. I really do like that it tells me if I can’t schedule somebody, and it won’t even allow me to schedule them.”

Faster, more flexible timesheet management during busy operating hours

Missed clock-ins can happen in a fast-paced environment. With Workforce.com, Bria addresses timesheet issues without interrupting her focus on operations and guests.

“If they’re like, ‘Hey Bri, I forgot to clock back in for my break,’ I’m like, ‘Okay, I can worry about that later. Let me focus on the customers,’” Bria shares.

Instead of stopping everything to fix timesheets in the moment, Bria can keep operations moving and handle adjustments when it makes sense to do so.

Simplified payroll processing, tip handling, and labor oversight

Payroll and tip management became way simpler for Bria. In a single place, she could now process gratuity, review hours versus hours scheduled, and monitor labor costs.

“Payroll is just so beautiful. I love it,” Bria remarks. “Payroll is easy for me to use because I’m able to submit gratuity there. I’m able to see a report of how many hours every employee has worked compared to how many hours I’ve scheduled. It also tells me if we’re going up on labor.”

Streamlined onboarding and certification tracking in a single system

Altitude Park also simplified onboarding and ongoing employee documentation with Workforce.com. They use the platform to prepare new hires for work and track certifications over time.

“When I do their application, I go straight into Workforce.com. I send them their paperless onboarding. They submit their I-9 and their bank forms, and that allows me to schedule them,” Bria shares.

Bria also relied on the platform to track certifications and training milestones. “If they do CPR certification, I put that in there along with their ATP Academy, so I know when they’re receiving their raises,” she added.

In family entertainment centers, the guest experience is only as strong as the operation behind it. Altitude Trampoline Park needed a platform that could bring scheduling, timesheets, payroll, and compliance together—without pulling managers off the floor. Workforce.com helps make that possible.

“With Workforce.com, I’m definitely able to focus more on people having fun,” says Bria.
