Andy Roane, Yoh ServicesYoh Services named Andy Roane as vice president of recruitment process outsourcing. Roane brings more than 15 years of human capital industry experience to the role, including six years as vice president of operations for PeopleScout. He also was managing partner of Itb Recruiting and vice president of sales for Monster Worldwide Inc.
 

 


Jim Flanagan
Pep Boys appointed Jim Flanagan as chief human resources officer. Flanagan previously served as CHRO of GSI Commerce before its acquisition by eBay Inc. His more than 20 years’ experience includes HR positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Starbucks Coffee Co., Bank of America Corp. and Homegrocer.com.

Helene Dankner has joined the benefits consulting firm Segal Co. as senior vice president and chief people officer.

Dankner has more than 30 years’ experience in HR, most recently as director of human resources for Buck Consultants. Prior to Buck, Dankner served in several HR leadership positions in the retail industry.
