AMN Healthcare Services Inc. named Julie Fletcher to the newly created role of chief talent officer. Fletcher, previously the senior vice president of human resources, will have continued responsibility for AMN’s HR function. Fletcher has been responsible for its learning and talent development initiatives and recognition programs.

 


Angie DeWinter, U-HaulAngie DeWinter

U-Haul International Inc. named Angie DeWinter vice president of human resources. DeWinter began her career at U-Haul in 1985 as an accounting clerk, moving to payroll supervisor and later supervisor of employee benefits, manager of medical benefits, and in 2007 she was named director of HR operations. She replaces Butch Greer, who is retiring.

 


Alan LuiAlan Lui, Time Warner2

Time Warner Cable Inc. named Alan Lui senior vice president of HR. Lui will oversee a department responsible for supporting 50,000 employees. Lui previously was senior vice president of human resources centers of expertise, where he oversaw talent acquisition, HR operations and benefits, learning and development, as well as diversity and inclusion. He joined Time Warner in 2011 as group vice president of video strategy.
