Phillip Stewart

Phillip Stewart People July 2015TharpeRobbins Co. named Phillip Stewart as CEO. The TharpeRobbins Co. is the parent company of both TharpeRobbins and Hinda Incentives. Stewart spent the past eight years at IBM/Kenexa, first as chief people officer and then as president of Kenexa’s recruitment process outsourcing business unit since 2007.

 

 

 


Juancarlos Marcano

Juancarlos Marcano People July 2015Industrial staffing services company Employee Solutions named Juancarlos Marcano as corporate safety director. The new position was created to ensure proper oversight of all the safety and health programs aimed at Employee Solutions itself and the workforce that serves its many clients, primarily in light industrial and distribution operations.
