Annette Favorite
West Pharmaceutical Services Inc. named Annette Favorite as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Favorite will serve on the senior executive team, reporting to CEO Eric Green and will oversee the company’s global human resources function. Most recently, Favorite was vice president of global talent management at IBM Corp.
Tim Grace
Toys R Us Inc. named Tim Grace as executive vice president and global chief talent officer. Grace will oversee all global human resources functions and report to Toys R Us Chairman and CEO Dave Brandon. Grace previously served as group vice president, human resources, L’Oreal Group, where he led HR functions across North and South America.
David DeFilippo
Suffolk Construction named David DeFilippo as chief learning officer responsible for leading the company’s learning, leadership and organizational development strategy and fostering Suffolk’s “build smart” approach. Before joining Suffolk, he worked at BNY Mellon where he established the company’s corporate university.
