Amy Schabacker Dufrane
The HR Certification Institute named Amy Schabacker Dufrane as CEO. Dufrane joined HRCI as chief operating officer in 2011 and most recently served as the institute’s executive director. A senior executive with more than 20 years of experience, Dufrane also was chief human resources and administrative officer of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and served in senior HR roles at Marymount University and Bloomingdale’s.
Tom Osgood
Executive search firm K. Russo Consulting Inc. named Tom Osgood as a managing partner to launch a new human resources advisory practice. After more than 25 years as a corporate HR executive, Osgood joins from Dorel Industries, where he was senior vice president and global chief human resources officer.
Phillip Anthony Gornail
New York-based Cardiff Group named Phillip Anthony Gornail as a partner specializing in diversity placements. Gornail also will provide corporate training for clients, career counseling for candidates, talent acquisition, executive development, career counseling and human capital management.
