“It’s important that HR not only changes along with the times, but also leads the way recognizing that any organization’s strongest asset is its people. We applaud these HR professionals for taking the initiative to advance workforce management practices,” said Rick Bell, Workforce magazine’s managing editor.

Winners are HR professionals in various industries including education, automotive and professional services. This year’s awardees hail from across the country and across the world, including Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

“The number of quality applications we got this year is staggering, and we are pleased with the diversity of these award submissions,” Bell said. “The work of our winners show that ideas in human capital don’t just affect America but are relevant to business practices around the world.”
