The Boeing Co. appointed Michael Ford as vice president of global diversity and employee rights. Ford will be responsible for enhancing the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and for ensuring compliance with anti-discrimination laws. Ford comes to Boeing from Hilton Worldwide, where he served as vice president, global diversity and inclusion.

Career website Glassdoor appointed Mariah DeLeon as vice president of people. With more than 20 years of HR experience in the technology industry, DeLeon will be responsible for directing all the people functions of the company. Before Glassdoor, DeLeon was the vice president of global HR at Innovative Interfaces Inc., a U.S. library technology company.

 


Annemieke van der WerffAnnemieke van der Werff People Moves November 2014

MUFG Union Bank appointed Annemieke van der Werff as chief human resources officer for the Americas. Based in San Francisco and New York, van der Werff will oversee all aspects of HR. She will oversee organizational development, focusing on talent management and leadership development.
