Interactive TV retailer HSN Inc. named Maria Martinez as chief human resources officer. She will be responsible for talent acquisition and assessment, succession planning, leadership development and more. She will work out of the company’s St. Petersburg, Florida, headquarters.
Denise Haylor
Netherlands-based health and wellness company Royal Philips named Denise Haylor as chief human resources officer and member of its executive committee. Haylor joins Philips from Flextronics International, a Fortune500 electronics company, where she was CHRO.
Lisa Moehlenkamp
Fleishman-Hillard Inc. named Lisa Moehlenkamp as chief talent officer. She will oversee the firm’s human resources, employee training and development, and workplace quality programs across its 80-plus offices in 30 countries. Moehlenkamp, who joined the company in 1998, had been leading the team responsible for talent management in the agency’s U.S. East and Mid-Atlantic regions, as well as in Latin America and Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
