On the ‘Net Regulatory Fairness

Do you practice HR for a small business, and have headaches complying with the myriad federal regulations out there? If you want to take an active role for your business, you may want to send your comments on a federal rule to the Small Business Administration.

The SBA’s Regulatory Fairness Web site, http://www.sba.gov/regfair, is a good place to turn to get your two cents’ worth in. You’ll want to go to the part called “Register Your Concerns.” From there, it’s a pretty easy process—well, a lot easier than complying with all the rules.
