In this report, they take a closer look at how businesses are using human capital management (HCM) technology to meet their growth goals. The paper also covers results from a Deloitte Talent Edge 2020 report- which showed that improving top- and bottom-line performance had re-emerged as the highest priority for many organizations — a marked shift from their cost-cutting focus in 2009.
