Title: Senior Marketing Analyst – Bowling Green, KY
Status:
Full-Time
Job Description and Duties:


    The Senior Marketing Analyst performs customer segmentation and profilingbased on various product and customer attributes. This person will assist in thedevelopment of company sales and profitability projections by the generation andinterpretation of customer profiles.


Qualifications:


  • Experience building customer segmentation and response models
  • Experience in the creation, coordination, and analysis of tests
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Strong data mining skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting, or related field and 3-5 yearsrelated experience
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with statistical software packages including SPSS or SAS is aplus

 


Title: Call Center Sales and Support Manager – Bowling Green, KY
Status:
  Full-Time
Job Description and Duties:


    Manage daily call center activity as outlined to insure processing of allcontacts are performed professionally, timely, accurately, and profitably


    Respond to and resolve escalated customer service issues


    Manage schedule adherence of direct reports including start times, endtimes, breaks, and meal periods


    Rotate schedule including weekends, holidays, and vacation periods withother Sales and Support manager to ensure crewmembers are supported inrelationship to scheduled competencies and promotional efforts


    Support up sell and cross sell efforts as they occur for all Camping Worldand AGI programs


    Maintain understanding and provide clear, concise communication ofprocesses, policies, promotions, products, and services offered


    Provide feedback and coaching regarding performance expectations for alldirect reports. Insure that immediate steps are taken to understand, correct,and maintain performance standards within all company guidelines


    Create a working environment that encourages participation


    Document and report quality performance for call center crewmembers asoutlined and assigned in a timely and consistent manner


Qualifications:


  • BA degree and 3 years supervision/management experience; or equivalent
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong commitment to the value of customer service
  • Desire to perform in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

 


Title: Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor – Bakersfield, CA


Status: Full-Time


Job Description and Duties:


    Assist in planning, staffing, operation and direction of DistributionCenter


    Verify inventory levels with system cycle counts against physical counts


    Put away merchandise from daily inbound receipts


    Replenish warehouse pick locations to capacity


    Oversee building maintenance and housekeeping


    Recommend equipment needs and repairs


    Load outbound carriers arriving for pickups


    Provide training on processes and procedures


    Communicate business plans and departmental goals and objectives


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years warehouse operations experience or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Significant inventory control and Sku management exposure
  • Ability to perform light to heavy physical tasks
  • Ability to interface with all levels within the organization
  • Radio-Frequency knowledge and understanding
  • G.E.R.S. Warehouse Management System background a plus
  • Ability to proficiently operate a variety of powered industrial trucks
  • Exposure to environmental conditions (e.g. heat/cold; noise and dust)


Title: Assistant Managing Agent – La Mirada, CA
Status:
Full-Time
Job Description and Duties:


    Sales and customer service to Camping World RV Resource Centercustomers


    Demonstrates & provides descriptions of services


    Assists Managing Agent in managing crewmembers and administration ofResource Center activities


Qualifications:


  • High School diploma or equivalent; and 1-3 months sales related experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as insurance policies,operating instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest,commissions, proportions, percentages
  • Must pass the certifying exam and maintain state Property and CasualtyInsurance license
  • Paid training and licensing is provided
