It is obvious that your guest columnist has not been in the workplace any great length of time. Since I am in a position that views all salary ranges, I can tell you that she has bought into the male justification theory.

I can tell you that length of service, hours worked, grade level, make no difference in the manufacturing industry. Women at the same grade level as male counterparts, with more seniority, are paid less, period. I am truly disappointed that this article was posted.
