This company has been a sham for a long time. The way SF treats its employees is disgusting… or at least the ones who aren\’t in the little high-school-like cliques. I have never seen such incompetence and arrogance combined in my long life. Good riddance to Lars and the rest of \’em who single-handedly spent like drunken fools and treated hard-working, intelligent employees like dirt. To bad-mouth those who were laid off is tantamount to taking no responsibility whatsoever. I can\’t wait to read about the DEMISE.

This could not be happening to a more deserving company. SuccessFactors, your bubble is bursting. You deserve to feel the wrath of unhappy partners, competitors, former customers and employees for your obnoxious actions.

SAS just did the same thing. Mostly cut their over 50 workfore in the guise of “performance.”

Successfactors just eliminated more people yesterday (Dec 16). This time the cut is even more severe.
