Recognizing that leadership styles of "one size doesn't fit all" may be a giant leap forward for global organizations to progress out of some of the industrial era mentality. The potential is there, we must continue to influence executives that changing a myopic view for short term profits to longer-term gains and building strong leadership targeted for success in each country holds greater promise.
