I have heard about this book. Right now I am finishing "The Attraction Distraction," by Sonia Miller. It give a clear explanation of what the Law of Attraction is, how it works, and most importantly when and why it seems NOT to work.

It is an alternative way to improve your business. I am having greater success from it.

This sounds like a great resource with some cutting edge ideas. I am curious to understand how flex time can work at an organization where you have a large portion of workers who are shift employees (we have to staff around the clock). Our 9-5 employees will be very happy with some flexibility, however to roll something like this out, what do we do for the remaining population of shift workers?
