<description>In the past over 50 years, I have worked for many a dumb boss, but the worse taskmaster that I ever had was myself. So before you decide to shoot, strangle, mutilate or even staple the boss, think about it for awhile. If you have ever been self employed you will understand without a second of hesitation.

<description>I just retired after 30 years of working many different dumb bosses. I started to wonder why the so called smart people of the world did not just rise up and take over the power in the workplace. I discovered the answer was simple, they have common sense which is what the dumb bosses of the world lack.\

<description>OK, maybe I wished a boss would get hit by a bus...:)
The player who lost control is no different than those workers in a cubicle or a factory who also resort to physical violence. He felt humiliated, stressed, demoralized, etc. -- all the same things that drive a worker at any place of employment to pick up a gun and go after a boss. While it may be funny to think about strangling a boss, the reality is that it's a deadly serious problem, especially in this economy. And, one more thing to think about: In the instances when an employee goes after the boss, they usually take out a few co-workers as well.
