		<description>If my experience is any barometer, you are right on the money with your comment about the myth of retiring boomers.  I am 65, drawing Social Security, and still working.  Why?  Because I like what I do and I need the money.  If my health holds up, I expect to work till at least 70.  I also continue to seek training and learning in my field. My employer and my customers get the advantages associated with my long experience and continued upgrades in my skills and knowledge.  Of course, as a corporate trainer and consultant, I am in one of the few professions where gray hair is not necessarily a liability.
