		<description>Maybe I am crazy...  Who knows..:)  I think Steve Jobs is the "real deal".  He's passionate.  He's not a poser.  He takes care of the Customer, period.

There should be no doubt what his mission is.  It's to beat the competition, bring out creative ideas, and build solutions that were obvious but no one saw before.

Is he "rough around the edges"?  Absolutely.  Passionate people are.

I bet if one were to ask a lot of the people who left Apple and had bad things to say...  "Would you do it again?"  I bet most would.  Steve Jobs is a creative genius.

Two of the biggest "jerks" I have had as bosses also taught me the most.  Perhaps it's because I asked, "What can I learn from this experiences" instead of "Why is he being mean to me?"  (whining tone optional).

I would take the potential of crossing Steve Jobs' "dark side" for a day or two just to learn from him...
