A British government service offers several tools in the area of training, including this one. The point of evaluation, Businesslink.gov.uk says, is to know whether your company’s training is effective and how skills and practices might have improved because of it.

usinesslink.gov.uk, a British government service that’s aimed at helping the nation’s businesses grow, offers a number of resources in the area of training. One of them is "Evaluate Your Training," which companies of any size might find helpful in establishing or retooling their plan. "Evaluate Your Training" covers such areas as "Why Evaluate Training?" (It helps to "track the development of staff knowledge and skills"), "Measure Training Effectiveness" and "Next Steps for Developing Training." The point of evaluation, Businesslink.gov.uk says, is to know whether your company’s training is effective and how skills and practices might have improved because of it.
