People moving into key executive positions

Kenneth Thibeault has been named vice president of human resources at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. He recently served as vice president of global compensation and benefits at Kerzner International Ltd. Thibeault previously worked as director of human resources at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and as assistant director of compensation and benefits for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation.

Stephanie Beyer has been named vice president of human resources at Carlson Hotels Worldwide. She recently served as senior director of human resources and traveler and transaction services at Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Beyer previously worked as senior director of workforce planning and recruitment at Carlson and as senior director of human resources at the Carlson Marketing Group.

 

Alexandre Douzet has been named president of TheLadders.com. He previously served as the company’s executive vice president and vice president of marketing, and is a co-founder of the company. Before starting TheLadders.com, Douzet worked as director of online marketing at HotJobs.com and developed customer acquisition programs at BMG Direct.

Daniel J. Foley has been named president of Randstad Professionals US. He recently served as executive vice president of information technology at Randstad Professionals (formerly Vedior North America). Foley previously worked as president of Sapphire Technologies North America, where he started as a recruiter, and as president of DB Concepts.

Leesa Ferguson has been named vice president of human resources at Heifer International. She recently served as interim vice president of human resources at Heifer. Ferguson previously worked as director of internal communications at Heifer and as senior marketing manager at Alltel Information Services.

Ken Horowitz has been named CEO of North Star Health. He recently served as president and COO of Employease. Horowitz previously worked as vice president and general manager at PeopleSoft and as a vice president at HBO.

Matthew R. Scott has been named a partner in the Dallas office at Ford & Harrison. He recently served as a partner in the Dallas office at Bell Nunnally & Martin. Scott previously worked as an associate at Bell Nunnally & Martin and at Cooper & Scully.

Jackson Lewis made several recent appointments:
Raazia K. Hall has been named a partner in the global immigration practice in the Atlanta office. She recently served as a partner in the business immigration practice group at Ford & Harrison.
Victor X. Cerda has been named a partner in the global immigration practice in the Washington office. He recently served as acting general counsel and acting director of the Office of Detention and Removal in the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement division at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Elayna J. Youchah has been named partner and head of litigation in the Las Vegas office. She recently served as a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck.

Dan Kilgore has been named a principal at Riviera Advisors. He recently served as director of talent acquisition at Getronics. Kilgore previously worked as managing principal at D.J. Kilgore & Associates, and as corporate director of employment and workforce planning at Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

Aon Consulting recently made several new appointments:
Joe Clouse
has been named senior vice president and Northeast regional leader of business development at Aon Consulting Worldwide. He recently served as East U.S. consulting sales and account management leader and Northeast firm principal for the consulting business segment at Hewitt Associates.
Francois Choquette has been named senior vice president and leader of the Americas team in the global benefits practice at Aon Consulting Worldwide. He recently served as leader of the international retirement specialty group for the Americas and West Coast international group at Mercer.

Peter V. Hall has been named managing director at Equinox Partners. He recently served as senior partner in the real estate and construction specialty practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Hall previously worked in private practice. Before establishing his own search practice, he worked as executive vice president of real estate at Bank of America and as president at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co.

Scott Beeber has been named managing director of business development at Craford Benefit Consultants. He recently served as senior consultant of client development in the San Francisco office of Watson Wyatt Worldwide. Beeber previously worked as director of business development at Gantz Wiley Research, executive recruiter at Spherion and relationship manager at First Union National Bank.

Adam Staton has been named senior information technology recruiter at Vaco Raleigh. He recently served as senior recruiting consultant at Monument Consulting. Staton previously worked as a senior recruiter at Novotus, director of business development at ATR Technology, IT staffing branch manager at Kelly IT Resources and senior technical recruiter at Kelly IT Resources.

Juergen Reers has been named managing partner of North American operations at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He recently served as a partner in the company’s Detroit office.

Paul J. Posey has been named COO of Sedgwick Claims Management Services. He recently served as the company’s executive vice president. Prior to joining Sedgwick, Posey was in private practice.

FTI Consulting made two recent appointments:
Roger Carlile has been named executive vice president and chief human resources officer. He recently served as global leader of the company’s forensic and litigation consulting segment. Carlile previously worked as global and Americas leader of the forensic services practice at KPMG.
David Bannister has been named chief administrative officer. He also serves as executive vice president and chief development officer. Bannister previously worked as general partner in the traditional industries group at Grotech Capital Group.

Annabelle Green has been named director of human capital and firm administration at Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas. She recently served as the company’s firm administrator. Green previously worked as assistant vice president of human resources at ABN AMRO Bank.

Matthew Hintz has been named vice president of human resources at Enhanced Care Initiatives. He recently served as senior director of human resources at Cigna. Hintz previously worked as New England territorial human resources leader at CAN Insurance.

Maureen Huffam has been named senior director of human resources at Conservation Services Group. She recently served as human resources director at Shriners Hospital for Children in Boston. Huffam previously worked as corporate human resource director for the Plymouth Rock Group of Companies.

Daniel E. Gold has been named vice president of human resources at Associated Estates Realty Corp. He recently served as director of corporate human resources at Falcon Transport. Gold previously served as human resources manager at Rockwell Automation, manager of human resources and training at Venture Lighting International, senior human resources representative at Bailey Controls, and staffing specialist and training coordinator at Cap Gemini America.

Brian Delle Donne has been named COO of ClearPoint Business Resources. He recently served as COO of Computer Horizons. Delle Donne previously worked as executive vice president and COO of RCM Technologies.
